About The Position
The Line Cook - Hot Side Team Member is responsible for preparing, producing, and serving visually appealing, high-quality food on the Hot Side of the line. Stations include Bowls, Carve/Grill, Soup, and Braise. Work is performed in accordance with Urban Plates recipes and procedures. The position is based at the Urban Plates restaurant at 12857 El Camino Real, San Diego, CA 92130, and pays $17.75 to $22.23 per hour, with the potential to earn tips. Full-time and part-time schedules are available. Urban Plates describes its restaurants as premium fast-casual/fast-fine dining environments centered on made-to-order food prepared from scratch with quality ingredients. Responsibilities
- Prepare, produce, and serve visually appealing, high-quality foods on the Hot Side of the line.
- Work primarily at the Bowls, Carve/Grill, Soup, and Braise stations.
- Follow Urban Plates recipes and procedures.
