About The Position
The Restaurant Host at Bazille greets and seats customers promptly and professionally, while providing outstanding customer service. The host shares knowledge and enthusiasm about the restaurant’s menu and products, assists with new employee training by reinforcing successful performance and offering help, and supports other restaurant areas as requested. The schedule and hours vary by week according to business needs.
Requirements
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers.

- Have a food handler’s card where required by local and state regulations.

- At least 1 year of food service or hospitality experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat customers quickly and professionally.
- Share knowledge and enthusiasm about the restaurant’s menu and products with customers.
- Assist with new employee training by positively reinforcing successful performance and offering assistance as needed.
- Support other restaurant areas as requested, including answering telephones, completing financial transactions, stock work, cleanup, and documentation.
