About The Position

Heritage Hotels & Resorts is seeking an engaging Restaurant Host to serve as the first point of contact for guests and help shape the overall dining experience. The role supports smooth seating flow and service operations while creating a warm, organized, and welcoming environment from the moment guests arrive. The position is part-time and pays $14–$16 per hour.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification required.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Nice To Haves

• High-volume and/or fine dining experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage seating flow throughout service.
• Assign tables to support server rotation and service efficiency.
• Communicate guest needs and table status with service staff.
• Support dining operations during peak service periods.
• Provide friendly, professional, and attentive guest interaction.
