About The Position

Each Mainstreet Ventures restaurant is unique from its décor to its menus. Mainstreet Ventures fine dining concepts include seafood, steak, Italian, and American cuisines. The Mainstreet Ventures standard of excellence exemplified at each restaurant is to deliver quality, consistency, and enjoyment of each guest’s dining experience. Each location prepares food from an all scratch kitchen and each head chef offers creative features with a focus on seasonal and local produce. Our goal is to consistently exceed our guest’s expectations by providing memorable dining experiences in each of our creative and distinctive restaurants. In this GM role, you will manage all of the restaurant managers along with restaurant back of house / kitchen & front of house / service teams AND have P&L and Operating Partner / Leadership responsibilities. As the senior restaurant leader, you will run the full operations manager / Managing Partner capacity.

Requirements

3 - 4+ years full service restaurant management experience in an upscale casual dining or fine dining environment.
Experience in a steakhouse is strongly preferred.
The ability to interpret and manage recipes to ensure compliance / minimize waste.
Strong broiler skills are required.
An excellent attention to detail.
A polished professional who has an eye for detail and a willingness to learn and adopt our standards.
