About The Position
The Restaurant General Manager (RGM) is the executive leader of the restaurant, responsible for the business, team, and guest experience. The RGM partners with the District Manager to drive results, develop leaders, and deliver Popeyes food and hospitality. The role owns restaurant performance, culture, and brand standards.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
- 1–2 years of restaurant management experience.
- Strong understanding of P&L management and the drivers of restaurant profitability.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to coach, motivate, and develop others.
- Strong guest service instincts and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to prioritize work, manage time effectively, and lead in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- Two years of college preferred.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence.
- Set the guest experience standard through fast, friendly service and thoughtful issue resolution.
- Hire, coach, and support management and hourly teams to build and develop leaders.
- Manage labor, inventory, compliance, and local engagement to protect the brand and performance.
