About The Position

Ian's Pizza is hiring restaurant crew members for its East Side location. Depending on the position, crew members may prepare pizzas as a Cook, deliver orders as a Driver, or serve customers, sell slices, prepare salads, and operate the register as a Server. Team members keep their work areas clean and stocked, complete shift checklists, and help wherever needed to keep the restaurant running smoothly. This is a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment with evening and weekend activity. Late-night shifts are required once per week. The advertised pay is $16–$30 per hour depending on position, including base wage, tips, late-night and Sunday bonus pay, and per-run reimbursement for drivers. Offsite event opportunities with excellent tips and eligibility for a twice-annual bonus pool are also mentioned. The restaurant is located at 2035 E North Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53202.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; IDs are required at orientation.
Able to stand and walk and be on your feet for long periods.
Able to lift up to 30 pounds regularly for Servers and up to 50 pounds for all other positions.
Able to work with common allergens, including gluten, dairy, and eggs.
Comfortable using ovens, knives, and other kitchen equipment.
Comfortable working in varying temperatures.
Comfortable working in loud, fast-paced restaurant environments.
Able to work a late-night shift once per week.

Responsibilities

Prepare, top, stretch, toss, and bake pizzas, depending on position.
