About The Position

Ian's Pizza is hiring restaurant crew members for its East Side location. Depending on the position, team members may prepare pizzas as a Cook, deliver orders as a Driver, or serve customers by greeting them, selling slices, preparing salads, and operating the register. Crew members also keep their work areas clean and stocked, complete shift checklists with the team, and help where needed to keep the restaurant running smoothly. This is a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant that requires team members to hustle while maintaining a supportive and fun team environment. The restaurant is open Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2:30 a.m. and Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to midnight. Example shifts include lunch (9/10 a.m. to 5/6 p.m.), dinner (4/5 p.m. to 11 p.m./1:30 a.m.), and late night (10/11 p.m. to 4 a.m.). Late-night shifts are required once per week; evening and weekend availability is important. Pay is $16–$30 per hour depending on position, including base wage and tips. The role is based at 2035 E North Ave, Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be authorized to work in the United States; IDs are required at orientation.
Able to stand, walk, and remain on one's feet for long periods.
Able to lift up to 30 pounds regularly for Server positions and up to 50 pounds for all other positions.
Able to work with common allergens, including gluten, dairy, and eggs.
Comfortable using ovens, knives, and other kitchen equipment.
Comfortable working in varying temperatures and in a loud, fast-paced restaurant environment.
Able to work a late-night shift once per week; evening and weekend availability is needed.

Responsibilities

Prepare pizzas by stretching, tossing, topping, and baking them, depending on position.
