About The Position

Ian's Pizza is hiring crew members for its downtown Milwaukee restaurant. Depending on the position, team members may prepare and bake pizzas as a Cook, deliver orders as a Driver, or serve customers, sell slices, prepare salads, and operate the register as a Server. Crew members also keep work areas clean and stocked, complete shift checklists with the team, and help where needed to keep the restaurant running smoothly. This is a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment, with evening and weekend shifts and one required late-night shift per week. Pay ranges from $14 to $30 per hour depending on position, including base wage and tips, with late-night and Sunday bonus pay and per-run reimbursement for drivers. Offsite event opportunities may offer excellent tips. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; IDs are required at orientation.
Able to stand and walk and be on your feet for long periods.
Able to lift up to 30 pounds regularly for Server positions and up to 50 pounds for all other positions.
Able to work with common allergens, including gluten, dairy, and eggs.
Comfortable using ovens, knives, and other kitchen equipment.
Comfortable working in varying temperatures.
Comfortable working in a loud, fast-paced restaurant environment.
Must be available for a late-night shift once per week.
