About The Position

At Wonder, Restaurant Crew Members help bring menus from Michelin-starred and celebrity chefs to life while creating an inviting, positive experience for every guest. Team Members master multiple roles, develop their skills, and contribute to a fast-paced, energetic team environment. The position supports restaurant operations, including overnight shifts, with schedules varying by location and business needs. Shifts generally fall between late evening and early morning hours. The listed pay rate is $18.00 per hour, with an additional $2.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00 AM and 5:00 AM. Eligible Certified Team Members may earn an additional $0.50 per hour, and Trainers may earn an additional $1.50 per hour. Wonder is a mealtime platform offering dishes from more than 20 exclusive restaurants, prepared on-site by its culinary team. The company owns and operates all steps of the dining experience, from recipe development to the technology that powers its service.

Requirements

At least 6 months of experience in a fast-paced kitchen or customer-facing role.
Ability to work with speed, accuracy, and strong attention to detail.
Organization, clear verbal communication, and ability to follow directions.
Team-oriented approach and basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
Ability to lift 50 pounds.
Ability to stand for a full shift while working.
Weekend availability.
Food Handler Certification, or willingness to obtain it, if required by applicable state, county, or local health departments.

Responsibilities

Prepare menu items to Wonder standards while keeping stations clean, stocked, and organized.
Follow HACCP and food-safety guidelines, including proper food temperatures and storage.
Manage inventory scans, pack accurate portions, and check orders for accuracy before they go out.
Greet guests and assist with orders, pickups, payments, and the Wonder app.
Share information about Wonder’s concepts and support meal-kit and delivery operations while ensuring dispatch accuracy.
Participate in light local marketing activities, such as distributing flyers and street engagement.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation across kitchen and dining areas.
Wash, clean, and restock cookware, utensils, and equipment throughout the shift.
Manage trash and recycling properly and report equipment issues promptly.
Support teammates, help where needed, and contribute to a positive, high-energy environment.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
