About The Position

As a Crew Member at MOD Pizza, you help deliver the MOD experience to every guest by preparing and presenting pizzas, salads, and other menu items while providing friendly, accurate, and fast service. Crew Members help create a welcoming and memorable environment for guests and teammates, maintain food safety and quality standards, and contribute to a clean, organized restaurant. No prior experience is required. The role requires a willingness to learn, follow instructions, work reliably, and connect with guests and fellow Crew Members. Applicants must be at least 16 years old and authorized to work in the United States. A food safety certification and/or alcohol beverage certification must be obtained within 30 days of starting, or sooner where required by law. Compensation is listed as $18.28 per hour, combining a $15.00 hourly wage and average tips of $4.28 per hour earned at this location.

Requirements

No prior experience is required.
Passion for people and enjoyment of connecting with teammates and guests.
Ability to follow processes and instructions consistently.
A history of consistent attendance and punctuality.
Interest in learning, growing, and contributing to MOD and teammate success.
Must be at least 16 years old; some states restrict use of specific tools and appliances until age 18, so applicants should check requirements with the General Manager.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Must obtain a food safety certification and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days of the start date, or sooner where required by law.

Responsibilities

Make pizzas, salads, and other menu offerings according to MOD standards.
Prepare, cook, and package guest orders with timely, quality, and consistent execution.
Follow food safety preparation and storage standards and procedures.
Use provided tools to keep the store clean, organized, welcoming, and ready to serve guests.
Arrive on time, follow the MOD dress code, and be ready to serve guests, vendors, and fellow Crew Members.
Provide friendly, accurate, and fast hospitality on every shift.
Follow instructions and welcome coaching and direction from restaurant leaders.
Share knowledge with others to support the team, restaurant, and fellow Crew Members.
Welcome guests and engage with them in conversation while they are in the restaurant.
Serve others and uphold quality standards during busy shifts.
Work collaboratively with the team to create a positive experience for Crew Members and guests.
