About The Position

As a Crew Member at MOD Pizza, you consistently deliver the MOD experience to guests by providing friendly, accurate, and fast service. You prepare and present pizzas, salads, and other menu offerings to MOD standards while helping create a welcoming, memorable, and unique experience for guests and fellow Crew Members. The role involves following food safety procedures, maintaining a clean and organized restaurant, and contributing to an enjoyable, supportive team environment. Compensation is $17.77 per hour when combining a $15.00 hourly wage with average tips of $2.77 per hour earned at this location. No prior experience is required. Applicants must be at least 16 years old and authorized to work in the United States. A food safety certification and/or alcohol beverage certification must be obtained within 30 days of the start date, or sooner where required by law.

Requirements

No prior experience is required.
Demonstrate a passion for people and enjoy connecting with fellow Crew Members and guests.
Ability to follow processes and instructions consistently.
Demonstrated history of consistent attendance and punctuality.
Interest in learning, growing, and contributing to MOD and teammates' success.
At least 16 years old; some states restrict use of specific tools and appliances until age 18, so applicants should check requirements with the General Manager for their location.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Must obtain a food safety certification and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days of the start date, or sooner where required by law.

Responsibilities

Make pizzas, salads, and other menu offerings according to MOD standards.
Prepare, cook, and package guest orders with timely, consistent, and high-quality execution.
Follow food safety preparation and storage standards and procedures.
Use provided tools to keep the store clean, organized, welcoming, and ready to serve guests.
Arrive on time, follow the MOD dress code, and be ready to serve guests, vendors, and fellow Crew Members.
Provide friendly, accurate, and fast hospitality on every shift.
Follow instructions and welcome coaching and direction from restaurant leaders.
Share knowledge with others to support the team, restaurant, and fellow Crew Members.
Welcome and engage with guests, including through conversation, and help ensure their needs are met.
Maintain a service mindset and uphold quality standards during busy shifts.
Work collaboratively with the team to create a positive experience for Crew Members and guests.
