About The Position

As a member of the Restaurant Squad, the Crew Member consistently delivers great customer service and the MOD Pizza experience. The role involves making pizzas, salads, and other menu items in a welcoming restaurant environment, while contributing to an experience where everyone belongs. MOD supports employees’ growth and notes that more than 70% of its leaders are promoted internally. Other related duties may be assigned to meet the organization’s ongoing needs.

Requirements

• Demonstrate a passion for people and enjoy connecting with fellow Squad Crew Members and customers.
• Ability to follow processes and instructions consistently.
• History of consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Interest in learning, growing, and contributing to the success of the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Make customers’ pizzas, salads, and other menu items.
• Package customer orders with urgency.
• Follow food safety and food quality standards.
• Keep the restaurant clean and ready to deliver great customer service.
• Demonstrate friendly, accurate, and fast hospitality on every shift.
• Work collaboratively with the Squad Crew to create an authentic customer experience.
