About The Position

As a member of MOD Pizza’s Restaurant Squad, Crew Members deliver customer service and the MOD Pizza experience. They prepare customized pizzas, salads, and other items in a welcoming restaurant environment, package orders promptly, and work with their crew to create an authentic customer experience. MOD describes the role as an opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to the restaurant, whether as a short-term or ongoing step in a person’s journey.

Requirements

• Demonstrate a passion for people and enjoy connecting with fellow crew members and customers.
• Ability to follow processes and instructions consistently.
• History of consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Interest in learning, growing, and contributing to the restaurant’s success.

Responsibilities

• Make customers’ pizzas, salads, and other menu items.
• Package customer orders with urgency.
• Follow food safety and food quality standards.
• Keep the restaurant clean and ready to deliver customer service.
• Demonstrate friendly, accurate, and fast hospitality on every shift.
• Work collaboratively with the Squad Crew to create an authentic customer experience.
