Restaurant Crew Member (Newly Built Location)
About The Position
Gold Star is hiring part-time and full-time crew members for its newly built restaurant in Cold Spring, Kentucky. Available team member positions include servers, guest service representatives, steam table cooks, drive-through attendants, and food prep workers. Gold Star welcomes applicants who are new to the restaurant industry; prior experience is helpful but not required. The company describes its workplace as upbeat, positive, and supportive, with an emphasis on treating customers and colleagues like family. The recruiting process includes submitting an application online or in a store, interviewing onsite with a Store Manager, receiving an offer, and completing onboarding. After accepting an offer, the Store Manager communicates the employee’s schedule, explains new-hire paperwork, and reviews the training plan. New crew members begin training and orientation with the Store Manager and fellow crew members.
