About The Position
As a member of MOD Pizza’s Restaurant Squad, Crew Members provide great customer service and help create the MOD Pizza experience in a welcoming, inclusive environment. The role involves preparing custom pizzas, salads, and other items while delivering friendly, accurate, and fast hospitality. Compensation is $14.56 per hour when combining an hourly wage of $10.80 with average tips of $3.76 per hour earned at this location. MOD notes that more than 70% of its leaders are promoted internally and supports crew members’ development and goals. Responsibilities
- Prepare customers’ pizzas, salads, and other menu items.
- Package customer orders with urgency.
- Follow food safety and food quality standards.
- Keep the restaurant clean and ready to provide excellent customer service.
- Demonstrate friendly, accurate, and fast hospitality on every shift.
- Work with the Squad Crew to create an authentic customer experience.
