About The Position

As a Crew Member, you consistently deliver the MOD Pizza experience to guests. You model super-fast service and help create memorable, inspiring, and unique experiences while preparing and presenting pizzas and salads. The role focuses on friendly, accurate, and fast hospitality, quality food preparation, food safety, and maintaining a clean and welcoming restaurant.

Compensation is listed as $22.53 per hour, combining an hourly wage of $20.00 and average tips of $2.53 per hour earned at this location. No prior experience is required. Applicants must be at least 16 years old and authorized to work in the United States. A food safety certification and/or alcohol beverage certification must be obtained within 30 days of the start date, or sooner where required by law. Requirements

• No experience required.
• Passion for people and enjoyment of connecting with fellow squad members and guests.
• Ability to follow processes and instructions consistently.
• History of consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Interest in learning, growing, and contributing to MOD and teammates’ success.
• At least 16 years old; some states restrict use of specific tools and appliances until age 18, so applicants should check location requirements with the General Manager.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Obtain a food safety certification and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days of the start date, or sooner where required by law.

Responsibilities

• Make pizzas, salads, and other menu offerings according to MOD standards.
• Prepare, cook, and package guest orders with timely, quality, and consistent execution.
• Follow food safety preparation and storage standards and procedures in MOD operations resources and training.
• Use provided tools to keep the store clean, organized, welcoming, and ready to serve guests.
• Arrive on time, follow the MOD dress code, and be ready to provide a positive experience to guests, vendors, and fellow Crew Members.
• Demonstrate friendly, accurate, and fast hospitality on every shift.
• Follow instructions and welcome coaching and direction from restaurant leaders.
• Share knowledge with others to support the team, restaurant, and fellow squad members.
• Welcome guests and engage them in conversation.
• Serve others and uphold quality standards during busy shifts.
• Work collaboratively with the team to create the MOD experience for squad members and guests.
