About The Position

As a Crew Member at MOD Pizza, you deliver the MOD experience to guests through fast, friendly service and the preparation and presentation of pizzas and salads. The role helps create a memorable, welcoming experience for guests and supports a clean, organized restaurant and a successful team. The advertised compensation is $19.26 per hour when combining a $15.15 hourly wage with average tips of $4.11 per hour earned at this location. No experience is required. Applicants must be at least 16 years old and authorized to work in the United States. A food safety certification and/or alcohol beverage certification must be obtained within 30 days of the start date, or sooner where required by law. Some states restrict use of specific tools and appliances until age 18; applicants should check requirements for their location with the General Manager.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Make pizzas, salads, and other menu offerings according to MOD standards.
Prepare, cook, and package guest orders in a timely and consistent manner while maintaining quality.
Follow food safety preparation and storage standards and procedures in MOD operations resources and training.
Use provided tools to keep the store clean, organized, welcoming, and ready to serve guests.
Arrive on time, follow the MOD dress code, and be ready to provide a positive experience to guests, vendors, and fellow Crew Members.
Deliver friendly, accurate, and fast hospitality on every shift.
Follow instructions and accept coaching and direction from restaurant leaders.
Share knowledge with others to support the team, restaurant, and fellow Crew Members.
Welcome and engage guests in conversation and get to know them.
Serve others and uphold quality standards during busy shifts.
Work collaboratively with the team to create a positive experience for fellow Crew Members and guests.
