About The Position

As a Crew Member at MOD, you help deliver the MOD Pizza experience by providing fast, friendly service and preparing and presenting pizzas, salads, and other menu offerings. The role is centered on creating a welcoming, memorable experience for guests and working collaboratively with the restaurant team. Compensation is $14.59 per hour, combining an hourly wage of $11.25 with average tips of $3.34 per hour earned at this location.

No prior experience is required. Crew Members must be at least 16 years old, authorized to work in the United States, and willing and able to follow processes, maintain reliable attendance, connect with guests and teammates, and learn and contribute to the team. A food safety certification and/or alcohol beverage certification must be obtained within 30 days of the start date, or sooner where required by law.

Requirements

• At least 16 years old; some states restrict use of specific tools and appliances until age 18, so requirements may vary by location.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Willingness and ability to demonstrate a passion for people and connect with coworkers and guests.
• Ability to follow processes and instructions consistently.
• History of consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Interest in learning, growing, and contributing to MOD and the team.
• Must obtain a food safety certification and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days of the start date, or sooner where required by law.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pizzas, salads, and other menu offerings according to MOD standards.
• Prepare, cook, and package guest orders with timely, quality, and consistent execution.
• Follow food safety preparation and storage standards and procedures.
• Use provided tools to keep the store clean, organized, welcoming, and ready to serve guests.
• Arrive on time, follow the MOD dress code, and be ready to provide a positive experience to guests, vendors, and fellow Crew Members.
• Demonstrate friendly, accurate, and fast hospitality on every shift.
• Follow instructions and welcome coaching and direction from restaurant leaders.
• Share knowledge with others to support the team, restaurant, and fellow Crew Members.
• Welcome guests and engage them in conversation.
• Serve others and uphold quality standards during busy shifts.
• Work collaboratively with the team to create a positive experience for coworkers and guests.
