About The Position

DiBella’s is hiring friendly, outgoing Restaurant Crew Members to help create a positive dining experience for guests. No previous experience is needed, and paid training is provided. Crew members make subs and are also trained to use the cash register and grill, and to keep the store neat and clean. The role involves making a strong first and last impression on guests while balancing friendliness with efficiency.

Requirements

• No previous experience is needed.
• Positive attitude; polite, outgoing, and friendly approach to guests.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as the crew handbook.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, balance friendliness with efficiency, and maintain focus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.
• Frequently stand, walk, kneel, squat, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs.
