About The Position

As a Crew Member at MOD Pizza, you help deliver the MOD Pizza experience to guests by preparing and presenting pizzas, salads, and other menu offerings. The role combines fast, friendly hospitality with consistent food quality and service in a welcoming restaurant environment. Crew Members support their team, follow MOD standards and coaching, and help create a memorable experience for guests and fellow squad members. No prior experience is required. The position pays $17.13 per hour plus tips.

Requirements

• No prior experience is required.
• Passion for people and enjoyment of connecting with teammates and guests.
• Ability to follow processes and instructions consistently.
• History of consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Interest in learning, growing, and contributing to MOD and teammates’ success.
• At least 16 years old; some states restrict use of specific tools and appliances until age 18.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must obtain a food safety certification and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days of the start date, or sooner where required by law.

Responsibilities

• Make pizzas, salads, and other menu offerings according to MOD standards.
• Prepare, cook, and package guest orders with timely, quality, and consistent execution.
• Follow food safety preparation and storage standards and procedures.
• Use provided tools to keep the store clean, organized, welcoming, and ready for guests.
• Arrive on time, follow the MOD dress code, and be ready to serve guests, vendors, and fellow Crew Members.
• Provide friendly, accurate, and fast hospitality on every shift.
• Follow instructions and welcome coaching and direction from restaurant leaders.
• Share knowledge with others to support the team, restaurant, and fellow Crew Members.
• Welcome guests and engage them in conversation.
• Serve others and uphold quality standards during busy shifts.
• Work collaboratively with the squad to create a positive experience for guests and teammates.
