About The Position

As a Crew Member at MOD Pizza, you help deliver the MOD experience by providing fast, friendly service and preparing and presenting pizzas, salads, and other menu items. You contribute to a welcoming, clean, and organized restaurant, create memorable experiences for guests, and work collaboratively with your squad. The role emphasizes hospitality, consistent food quality and safety, and MOD’s culture of individuality and community.

Compensation is $16.32 per hour when combining a $12.50 hourly wage with average tips of $3.82 per hour earned at this location. No previous experience is required. Employees must obtain a food safety certification and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days of their start date, or sooner where required by law.

Requirements

• No prior experience required.
• Passion for people and enjoyment of connecting with fellow squad members and guests.
• Ability to follow processes and instructions consistently.
• History of consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Interest in learning, growing, and contributing to MOD and teammates’ success.
• Must be at least 16 years old; some states restrict use of specific tools and appliances until age 18. Check with the General Manager for location-specific requirements.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must obtain a food safety certification and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days of the start date, or sooner where required by law.

Responsibilities

• Make pizzas, salads, and other menu offerings according to MOD standards.
• Prepare, cook, and package guest orders with timely, quality, and consistent execution.
• Follow food safety preparation and storage standards and procedures.
• Use provided tools to keep the store clean, organized, welcoming, and ready for guests.
• Arrive on time, follow the MOD dress code, and be ready to serve guests, vendors, and fellow Crew Members.
• Demonstrate friendly, accurate, and fast hospitality on every shift.
• Follow instructions and welcome coaching and direction from restaurant leaders.
• Share knowledge with others to support the team, restaurant, and fellow squad members.
• Welcome and engage guests in conversation, and get to know them.
• Serve others and uphold quality standards during busy shifts.
• Work collaboratively with the squad to create a positive experience for coworkers and guests.
