About The Position

As a Crew Member at MOD Pizza, you help deliver the MOD experience to guests by preparing and presenting pizzas, salads, and other menu offerings in a welcoming restaurant environment. The role emphasizes fast, friendly, and accurate service, consistent food quality, hospitality, and teamwork. Crew Members help keep the store clean, organized, and ready for guests, and contribute to a memorable experience for guests, coworkers, and vendors.

No prior experience is required. Applicants must be at least 16 years old, authorized to work in the United States, and able to obtain any required food safety and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days of starting, or sooner where required by law. The stated compensation is $19.49 per hour, combining a $15.00 hourly wage and average tips of $4.49 per hour earned at this location.

Requirements

• No prior experience is required.
• Passion for people and enjoyment of connecting with coworkers and guests.
• Ability to follow processes and instructions consistently.
• History of consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Interest in learning, growing, and contributing to MOD and teammates’ success.
• At least 16 years old; some states restrict the use of specific tools and appliances until age 18.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Obtain food safety certification and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days of the start date, or sooner where required by law.

Responsibilities

• Make pizzas, salads, and other menu offerings according to MOD standards.
• Prepare, cook, and package guest orders with timely, quality, and consistent execution.
• Follow food safety preparation and storage standards and procedures.
• Use provided tools to keep the store clean, organized, welcoming, and ready for guests.
• Arrive on time, follow the MOD dress code, and be ready to serve guests, vendors, and fellow Crew Members.
• Demonstrate friendly, accurate, and fast hospitality on every shift.
• Follow instructions and welcome coaching and direction from restaurant leaders.
• Share knowledge with others to support the team, restaurant, and fellow Crew Members.
• Welcome and engage guests in conversation and get to know them.
• Maintain a service-oriented mindset and uphold quality standards during busy shifts.
• Work collaboratively with the team to create a positive experience for coworkers and guests.
