Urban Plates is seeking experienced Chefs / Executive Kitchen Managers for future openings in the greater South Bay/ San Jose area. Urban Plates is revolutionizing the way restaurants serve food by making craveable, scratch-made dishes. We utilize state-of-the-art kitchens with top-of-the-line equipment and technology platforms designed to optimize operations, drive food quality, production, consistency, and guest satisfaction. Requirements
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Meet minimum auto insurance requirements.

- Train and develop culinary skills of team members.
- Manage kitchen operations to optimize food quality, production, consistency, and guest satisfaction.

Benefits
- Salary: $78,000 - $88,000 / year
- Achievable bonus plan, up to $12,000 / year / $1,000 / month
