Urban Plates is seeking experienced Chefs/Executive Kitchen Managers for future openings in the Orange County market. Urban Plates is revolutionizing restaurant food service by preparing scratch-made meals in state-of-the-art kitchens with top-of-the-line equipment and technology. Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Meet minimum auto insurance requirements.
  • Experience as a Chef or Executive Kitchen Manager.
  • Ability to cook REAL food.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Rational ovens, blast chillers, Kitchen Display System, and Date Code Genie.
  • Familiarity with CTuit, The Huddle (LMS), and Dayforce systems/processes/technology platforms.

  • Train and develop culinary skills of team members.
  • Manage kitchen operations to optimize food quality, production, consistency, and guest satisfaction.

Benefits

  • Salary: $72000 - $76000 / year
