Urban Plates is seeking experienced Chefs / Executive Kitchen Managers for future openings in the greater South Bay/ San Jose area. Requirements

  • Must be a Chef who likes to cook REAL food.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Must meet minimum auto insurance requirements to drive on behalf of the Company.

  • Experience as an Executive Kitchen Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Train and develop culinary skills for future leaders on the team.
  • Manage kitchen operations to drive food quality, production, consistency, and guest satisfaction.
  • Participate in seasonal menu changes 3-4 times a year.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards and processes.
