About The Position

The Signia by Hilton Indianapolis is hiring a Busser to support its dining operations. The hotel is located in downtown Indianapolis and features seven dining experiences. The ideal candidate has at least one year of restaurant experience and is eager to learn and grow in hospitality. The Busser helps keep dining areas clean and organized while providing warm, memorable guest experiences. The position requires full availability seven days a week, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Bring an upbeat, friendly attitude to guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make guest experiences special.
• Remove dishware, glassware, and silverware after meals and transport them to the dishwashing area.
• Keep service stations fully stocked, clean, and ready for service.
• Assist servers by delivering beverages, bread, and other items as needed.
• Clear and reset tables with clean serviceware.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
