About The Position

The Chef Concierge oversees daily concierge desk operations and leads the concierge team in delivering memorable guest experiences. The role includes responding to guest needs, arranging services and local activities, supporting VIP guests, promoting hotel offerings, and managing concierge budgets and payroll.

Responsibilities

• Train, schedule, supervise, and support concierge team members to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
• Provide information and arrange dining, transportation, events, tours, and local attractions.
• Arrange medical care, childcare, floral delivery, and other personalized guest services.
• Facilitate seamless registration and elevated service for high-priority guests.
• Share marketing materials and encourage guests to use hotel services and programs.
• Oversee concierge expenditures, including payroll, ensuring financial efficiency and adherence to budget guidelines.
