About The Position
The Restaurant Busser supports the restaurant team in delivering an exceptional dining experience for hotel guests. The role contributes to smooth restaurant operations by clearing and resetting tables, maintaining service stations, serving beverages and bread, and transporting dirty tableware to the dishwashing area. The Busser also performs assigned general cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products to meet health standards. Success in the role requires attention to detail, teamwork, a service-oriented approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The position may involve varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities
- Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare tables for resetting.
- Promptly and consistently restock serviceware as prescribed.
- Maintain the stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods, including silverware, linen, and condiments.
- Serve guests beverages, bread, and butter at the start of their dining experience and replenish items as necessary.
- Transport dirty tableware from the dining room to the dishwashing area for proper cleaning.
- Perform assigned general cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products to adhere to health standards.
- Help ensure smooth, efficient restaurant operations aligned with brand standards.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Deliver consistent, high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
- Anticipate guest needs, respond with a solutions-first mindset, and create personalized guest experiences.
