About The Position

The Restaurant Attendant clears and resets used tables, removes dirty stock to the dish area, breaks down trays, and takes soiled linen to the designated area or Housekeeping Department for laundering. The role stocks and maintains service stations before, during, and after each shift; sets up and replenishes the lobby coffee-to-go station; assists servers with pre-bussing and food delivery; and helps with general restaurant cleaning and maintenance. Pay is $10.50 per hour plus tips.

• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, read computer screens and printed materials, and hear and participate in conversations and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Promptly clear and reset used tables.
• Remove dirty stock to the dish area and break down trays.
• Take soiled linen to the designated area or Housekeeping Department for laundering.
• Stock and maintain service stations with proper supplies before, during, and after each shift.
• Set up, refill, and replenish the lobby coffee-to-go station as needed, keeping the area picked up and clear.
• Promptly assist servers with pre-bussing tables and delivering food orders.
• Assist with general cleaning and maintenance of the restaurant.
