About The Position

The Restaurant Assistant Manager is part of the Ninety Nine Restaurant + Pub kitchen management team. The role manages back-of-house and kitchen teams and performs assistant manager duties. It is suited to someone who is passionate about leading a team and serving high-quality food. The company provides a structured, comprehensive management training program. The position offers a 45-hour work week and no late-night bar hours. Restaurant management experience of 1–2+ years is strongly preferred; kitchen leadership experience is also preferred.
