About The Position
The Restaurant Assistant General Manager at La Luce at Signia Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek directs restaurant operations and helps deliver memorable guest experiences. The role oversees service standards, product quality, cost controls, profitability, marketing strategies, budgeting, and enforcement of policies and procedures. It monitors guest satisfaction and service quality, leads and develops team members, collaborates with Sales, Marketing, and PR, uses technology such as OpenTable to improve operations and reservations, and applies strategies to grow revenue. The position also upholds health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness requirements.

Responsibilities
- Direct all aspects of restaurant management, including guest service standards, product quality, cost controls, profitability, marketing strategies, budgeting, and enforcement of policies and procedures.
- Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction trends, address concerns, and continuously improve guest interactions.
- Supervise, coach, and mentor team members; conduct performance evaluations; provide professional development opportunities; and recognize achievements to build, retain, and engage a high-performing team.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and PR teams on marketing campaigns, customer databases, brand visibility, and guest loyalty.
- Maximize technology, such as OpenTable, to improve operational efficiency, streamline reservations, and enhance the guest experience.
- Implement up-selling techniques, develop new menu items, cross-sell hotel-wide services, and use innovative strategies to maximize restaurant profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations and promote the wellbeing of guests and team members.
