Respite Provider
About The Position
Consumer Direct Care Network is seeking a compassionate, attentive Respite Provider to support a young boy in the Eau Claire, Wisconsin area. The provider will deliver one-to-one care and supervision at the child’s home and in the community, helping him practice social, communication, and safety skills through consistent routines and gentle guidance. Community outings are encouraged, and activities may include baseball, football, riding bikes, and other enjoyable pursuits. The schedule will be discussed and determined between the provider and the managing party. Shifts are four hours and are scheduled on Saturdays and Sundays based on mutual availability, with occasional weekend work. The pay rate is $14.13 per hour. If hired, Consumer Direct Care Network will not be the legal employer of record. The Member or their Managing Party will be the legal employer and has sole authority to hire or dismiss the Direct Care Worker; Consumer Direct Care Network assists with recruitment.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must pass a caregiver/criminal background check.
- Authorization to work in the United States.

- Previous experience working with individuals with support needs is preferred.
