About The Position

HCBS Company is seeking a highly organized and motivated Respite Care Coordinator to join their growing team. This role involves coordinating the placement of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and will primarily focus on the Ft. Hamilton / 47th agency, with potential to work remotely on Fridays. The office environment has specific staffing schedules, with women present from 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM and men from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM. The ideal candidate will be someone who can take initiative and manage responsibilities effectively, contributing to the company's expansion.
