Respite Care Provider
About The Position
Consumer Direct Care Network is recruiting a Respite Care Provider to support a young boy in his home in the Eau Claire area. The provider will supervise and monitor safety, assist with daily needs, prepare meals, provide medication assistance, and engage the member in activities. The member enjoys playtime and interactive activities, cars and racing games, video games, PlayStation, virtual reality, electronics, and Nerf activities. The role is approximately five hours per week, with weekday evenings and some weekend days. Pay is $17.66 per hour or $256 per day for shifts of eight or more hours. If hired by a Member or their Managing Party, that person or party—not CDCN—will be the legal employer and will have sole authority to hire or dismiss the Direct Care Worker.
