Working with autonomy while collaborating across departments to better the health of your patients. Assesses the patient's cardiopulmonary status to develop, revise, implement, and evaluate a respiratory care plan. Identifies and addresses the special needs, education and training of patients and families in outpatient settings.

Requirements

• Associate degree in respiratory therapy
• Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care
• Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) by the state of Wisconsin
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT, within 2 years of hire)
• Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers

• $15K sign-on bonus for candidates with 2yr+ experience (paid out 1/2 after 6 months of employment and the other 1/2 paid out on day 366)
• $10K sign-on bonus for candidates with less than 2 years of experience (paid out 1/2 after 6 months of employment and the other 1/2 paid out on day 366)
• $15K in relocation assistance for eligible candidates
• Starting rate of $33.78/hr + more for experience
