Respiratory Therapy Early Hire Program $18,000 Bonus
About The Position
Munson Healthcare is seeking to pre-hire the finest respiratory therapist graduates through the Respiratory Therapist Early Hire Program. This program offers a significant bonus to eligible respiratory therapy students who commit to a job at Munson Healthcare. Upon committing to a job, participants receive $13,500, with an additional $4,500 awarded after passing their boards. Munson Healthcare provides a positive and supportive environment with opportunities for growth, including skill development and advancement through the RT Clinical Ladder. Therapists provide safe, high-quality care to patients in various settings such as Pulmonary Rehab, Pulmonary Function Testing, NICU, and Adult Critical Care.
Requirements
- All respiratory students who will be graduating within 24 months are eligible to apply.
- Selected students will be interviewed.
- Upon selection, an offer and an agreement specifying a two-year work commitment will be provided.
- Awards are made after acceptance and signing of the agreement.
- Recipients are placed into full-time positions with full employee benefits, beginning after graduation.
- Munson Healthcare requires all employees be vaccinated or have lab confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella.
- MHC requires all employees to receive a flu vaccine during the flu season in the year that they are hired and annually thereafter, or receive an approved medical or religious exemption.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, high-quality care to patients throughout northern Michigan.
- Work in settings including Pulmonary Rehab, Pulmonary Function Testing, NICU, and Adult Critical Care.
