ADN/BSN Early Hire Program
About The Position
Munson Medical Center’s Nursing Early Hire Program allows eligible nursing students to be hired remotely while still in school, with the position based in Traverse City, Michigan after graduation. Selected students receive $13,500 after committing to the program and an additional $4,500 after graduation and passing their boards. The funds may be used at the recipient’s discretion, with no accounting required. The offer includes an agreement specifying a two-year work commitment. Award recipients are placed in full-time positions with full employee benefits beginning after graduation, and all early-hire nurses participate in the Nursing Residency Program. Requirements
