About The Position

Munson Healthcare Charlevoix Hospital’s Nursing Early Hire Program pre-hires nursing school graduates. After committing to a position, selected candidates receive $7,500 before beginning practice. After graduation, participants may choose to work immediately as a graduate nurse; after passing their nursing boards, they receive an additional $2,500.
