Registered Nurse Early Hire Program - Grayling Hospital
About The Position
Munson Healthcare Grayling Hospital’s Nursing Early Hire Program seeks nursing school graduates who will graduate within one year. Selected students receive an offer and sign an agreement committing to work at Grayling Hospital for two years. The award is made after the agreement is accepted and signed, and the funds may be used at the student’s discretion without accounting for their use. Award recipients are placed in full-time positions with full employee benefits, beginning after graduation. Participants may choose to practice immediately after graduation as graduate nurses; after passing their boards, they receive an additional award.
Requirements
- Be a nursing student who will graduate within one year to be eligible to apply.
- Selected applicants must accept an offer and sign an agreement committing to two years of work at Munson Healthcare Grayling Hospital.
- Employees must be vaccinated or have lab-confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella, and Varicella.
- Employees must receive a flu vaccine during the flu season in the year they are hired and annually thereafter, unless they receive an approved medical or religious exemption.
