About The Position

Munson Healthcare is seeking to pre-hire the finest respiratory therapist graduates through its Early Hire Program. This program offers a significant bonus to eligible respiratory therapy students who commit to working at Munson Healthcare after graduation. The program aims to provide safe, high-quality care to patients throughout northern Michigan in areas such as Pulmonary Rehab, Pulmonary Function Testing, NICU, and Adult Critical Care. Award recipients are placed into full-time positions with full employee benefits, starting after graduation.

Requirements

• All respiratory students who will be graduating within 24 months are eligible to apply.
• Must commit to a two-year work commitment with Munson Healthcare.
• Must be vaccinated or have lab-confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella.
• Must receive a flu vaccine during the flu season in the year that they are hired and annually thereafter, or receive an approved medical or religious exemption.
