Responsibilities

• Plan, promote, and lead daily guest activities, including games, sports, arts and crafts, and special events.
• Promote guest safety by providing clear instructions, overseeing equipment use, and maintaining activity areas.
• Collaborate with team members to design new programs and improve existing ones based on guest feedback.
• Provide outstanding guest service by answering questions, resolving concerns, and creating a welcoming environment.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and inventory of activity supplies and spaces.
• Monitor guest participation and collect feedback to improve the activity schedule.
• Support themed events, holiday celebrations, and resort-wide programming as needed.
