About The Position
Pathway Family Services is seeking a Residential Supervisor to lead and support residential staff and help create a safe, caring, and supportive environment where children can heal, grow, and thrive. The role includes coaching staff, supporting youth as they develop confidence and life skills, and collaborating with therapy, education, and case management teams. The stated average annual salary is $50,811, including wages, incentives, bonuses, overtime, and shift differential.
Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Have two years of residential program experience.
- Have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Bring a passion for helping youth and leading others with compassion, respect, and integrity.
- Complete a Predictive Index assessment; it takes 5–7 minutes and has no right or wrong answers.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, coach, and support residential staff.
- Create schedules and ensure quality care for youth.
- Foster a trauma-informed, therapeutic environment.
- Partner with therapy, education, and case management teams.
- Assist with hiring, training, and staff development.
- Monitor program quality and ensure compliance with standards.
- Serve as a resource and leader during emergencies and on-call rotations.
