Residential Supervisor - Full-Time
About The Position
The Residential Supervisor at The Home for Little Wanderers' Harrington House in Dorchester, Massachusetts, works with youth who have experienced trauma and/or significant emotional and behavioral challenges. The role is part of a team implementing the organization’s trauma-informed care model. The supervisor works closely with the Milieu/Program Director to ensure appropriate staffing coverage; hires, trains, supervises, performance-manages, and evaluates direct care staff; mediates staff issues and employee conflicts; hosts staff team meetings; and provides training and weekly supervision. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The Home offers training and opportunities for career and professional development.
Requirements
- Prior experience working with youth.
- High school diploma or equivalency.
- Valid driver's license.

- Bachelor's degree preferred.
