Residential Supervisor - Full-Time
About The Position
The Home for Little Wanderers is seeking a Residential Supervisor for Harrington House in Dorchester, Massachusetts. The position supports youth who have experienced trauma and/or have significant emotional and behavioral challenges, as part of a team implementing a trauma-informed care model. The Residential Supervisor works closely with the Milieu/Program Director to ensure appropriate staffing coverage and oversees direct care staff, including hiring, training, supervision, performance management, and evaluation. The role also involves mediating staff issues and employee conflicts, hosting staff team meetings, providing training, and conducting weekly supervision. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The Home offers training and opportunities for career and professional development.
Requirements
- Prior experience working with youth.
- High school diploma or equivalency.
- Valid driver's license.
