About The Position

Simpson Housing is hiring a part-time Weekend Residential Services Representative for The Camille, a luxury apartment community in Downtown Bethesda, Maryland. As a member of the property operations team, the representative provides customer service to residents, manages lease renewals, coordinates with maintenance, supports front-office administration, and checks in with new residents. The position is based at a premier Class A, 181-unit high-rise community.

Requirements

At least 2 years of customer service experience, such as in real estate, retail, or hotel/hospitality.
Strong customer service orientation and presentation skills.
Working experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice To Haves

Previous leasing experience is a plus but is not required.

Responsibilities

Use customer service skills to resolve resident issues and build professional rapport with residents.
Manage the entire lease renewal process from start to finish.
Work with the maintenance team to ensure maintenance requests are resolved and follow up with residents to confirm their satisfaction.
Support the front office with administrative duties, including data entry, ordering supplies, and copying business correspondence.
Make courtesy calls to new residents to check that they are satisfied with their decision to live at a Simpson community.
