About The Position

Simpson Housing is hiring a part-time Weekend Residential Services Representative for The Camille Luxury Apartment Homes, a 181-unit high-rise community in downtown Bethesda, Maryland. As part of the property operations team, the representative provides customer service to residents, helps resolve resident issues, manages lease renewals, coordinates with maintenance, and assists the front office with administrative work. The position is scheduled for day shifts and requires weekend availability.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of customer service experience, such as in real estate, retail, or hotel/hospitality.
• Strong customer service orientation and presentation skills.
• Working experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice To Haves

• Previous leasing experience is a plus but is not required.

Responsibilities

• Use customer service skills to resolve resident issues and build professional rapport with residents.
• Manage the lease renewal process from start to finish.
• Work with the maintenance team to ensure maintenance requests are resolved and follow up with residents about their satisfaction.
• Support the front office with administrative duties, including data entry, ordering supplies, and making copies of business correspondence.
• Make courtesy calls to new residents to check that they are satisfied with their decision to live at a Simpson community.
