PRC Baker Places is a non-profit residential treatment agency that has provided the San Francisco community with alternatives to institutional care since 1964. Our direct care professionals provide counseling and case management services to previously homeless adults living with co-occurring diagnoses of chronic mental illness and substance use disorder. All agency services are provided from the philosophy of social rehabilitation which integrates teaching daily living skills in a safe and healthy environment. Values that Guide Us: Accountability, Honesty, Integrity, Diversity & Inclusion, Respect Position Overview The Residential Services Program Director is an intermediate management role responsible for implementing the organization’s mission, vision, and strategic priorities into actionable plans and measurable results. This role provides support to the 90-day residential program managers and is a bridge between the programs and the Senior Management Team. The Residential Services Program Director partners closely with program managers and the Senior Management Team to achieve an excellent standard of client care and staff support.
