About The Position
The Residential Services Associate (RSA) supports our clinical team by providing non-clinical care and daily support to our residents. You help create a structured, encouraging environment where residents feel supported, respected, and engaged. Bourbonnais Terrace is a healthcare center that serves mental health patients. Our residents are adults working to rebuild their psychological health and independence. We take pride in creating a warm, welcoming home where everyone feels respected and cared for. Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must have a high school diploma (or GED)
- Able to pass a pre-employment physical and criminal background check
Nice To Haves
- Experience with memory care and mental health population
- CNA training is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Providing supervision and encouragement with personal grooming and daily care
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and orderly living environment
- Encourage and assist residents to attend and participate in activities
- Support facility health programs and daily routines
