Your work here changes lives. The Resident Services Aide (RSA) supports our clinical team by providing non-clinical care and daily support to our residents. You help create a structured, encouraging environment where residents feel supported, respected, and engaged.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older
• Must have a high school diploma (or GED)
• Be able to pass a pre-employment physical and criminal background check

Nice To Haves

• Experience with memory care and mental health population
• CNA training is a plus

Responsibilities

• Providing supervision and encouragement with personal grooming and daily care
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and orderly living environment
• Encourage and assist residents to attend and participate in activities
• Support facility health programs and daily routines
