Residential Services Associate (RSA) PM Shift - Behavioral Health Center
About The Position
The Residential Services Associate (RSA) supports our clinical team by providing non-clinical care and daily support to our residents. You help create a structured, encouraging environment where residents feel supported, respected, and engaged. Our Healthcare center serves mental health patients. Our residents are adults working to rebuild their psychological health and independence. They count on us. Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must have a high school diploma (or GED), and be able to pass a pre-employment physical and criminal background check.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with memory care and mental health population
- CNA training is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Providing supervision and encouragement with personal grooming and daily care
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and orderly living environment
- Encourage and assist residents to attend and participate in activities
- Support facility health programs and daily routines
